In a similar effort, the Japanese carmaker has reportedly launched its latest GT-R which is priced at approximately Rs 1.99 crore in India. “The Nissan GT-R is a very special car for Nissan and we are delighted to add it to our Indian line-up for the first time in its history,” Nissan India Operations President Guillaume Sicard said. Experts consider the Nissan GT-R as being a strong competitor to Porsche 911. Let’s take a look at its features and understand what the company has to offer.

Exterior

The overall design of GT-R is quite impressive. The company has consciously focused on the design as being as aerodynamic as possible. The front-end may appear slightly bland, however, the company certainly does make up for it through its integration of features like the jet fighter-style canopy, multi-spoke alloys and the rear wing which is quite massive.

Interior

The vehicle is equipped with extremely advanced, high-tech sensors that monitor even the tiniest movements of the vehicle. The dashboard features a large screen that displays most essential functions. It is a 4-seater but technically features a 2+2 configuration.

Performance

The GT-R is powered by a 3.8-litre V6 engine with highly advanced engine given the two turbochargers. The vehicle delivers a range of 542bhp of power and 612Nm of torque. This advanced vehicle accelerates from 0-100kmph in under 3 seconds.

Nissan’s GT-R is produced at the Nissan’s plant in Tochigi, Japan. It will be sold through the Nissan dealership in Noida.
