OnePlus recently unveiled its much-anticipated addition – the OnePlus 3T flagship smartphone globally. Indian OnePlus fans have been eagerly waiting around for the device’s launch in the country ever since. Now new reports suggest that the smartphone maker is all ready to launch the OnePlus 3T smartphone in India. Starting December 14, interested buyers can purchase the OnePlus 3T smartphone from leading online retail stores. While the 64GB storage model is priced at Rs 29,999, the 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 34,999.
The OnePlus 3T smartphone features a 5.5-inch (1080×1920 pixels) Optic AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. The smartphone runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC with two 1.6GHz Kyro cores and two 2.35GHz Kyro cores. The OnePlus 3T smartphone offers 6GB RAM and as mentioned previously, comes in two storage variants namely 64GB and 128GB.
As far as the camera specifications are concerned, the smartphone sports a 16MP rear camera with a Sony IMX298 sensor, a f/2.0 aperture, OIS and EIS, and PDAF autofocus along with a 16MP front camera with a Samsung 3P8SP sensor and a f/2.0 aperture. The smartphone runs on OxygenOS-based Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, which will be updated with time with the latest Android 7.0 Nougat Operating System.
The device sports an anodized aluminum metal unibody design and is available in two color variants, namely Gunmetal and Soft Gold. OnePlus has further installed a fast-processing fingerprint sensor, a separate home button and an Alert Slider for the user’s convenience. OnePlus 3T’s connectivity options include 4G LTE (with support for India’s LTE bands), Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, USB 2.0 Type-C, 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS and A-GPS options.
The smartphone packs a powerful 3400mAh battery with support for the company’s very own Dash Charge (5V 4A) technology that enables charging the device fast and convenient.
