Yesterday, Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi held an event in New Delhi. The company has announced the launch of its most awaited device Redmi Note 5 along with many other products. Among the most anticipated launches are the Redmi Note 5, Redmi Note 5 Pro, and MI LED TV 4. Here, it is noteworthy that India is the first country where the company is going to launch Mi LED TV 4. All this is because the company has about 57% shares in the online market segment in the country. Xiaomi is also the second largest offline brand in the country with 9% market share.

After the great success of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, the company has decided to bring these latest and upgraded versions of Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro. Xiaomi has shipped almost 9.6 million Redmi Note 4 devices in 2017. The detailed specs of these recent launches are:

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 features 5.99-inch full HD+ display with 2160X1080 pixels resolution. The aspect ratio of the display is 18:9. It is also pertinent to mention that this is the first Redmi Note series device with minimal bezel display. Under the hood, there is Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor. The company has launched two variants of this device each with different RAM and onboard storage. The 3GB RAM variant has an internal storage of 32GB while the 4GB RAM variant has 64GB internal storage. The device has an aluminum unibody with 8.05mm thickness.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has a 12MP back camera paired with LED flash. It has f/2.2 aperture size and 1.25um pixel size. For selfies, there is a 5MP camera. The device runs Android Nougat 7.0 with MIUI 9 at the top. There is 4000mAh battery in the device that can easily survive for a day. The company has launched both variants with different price tags. The 32GB+3GB version is available at Rs 9,999 while the 64GB+4GB version has a price tag of Rs 11,999. There are four color options for this device. These are black, lake blue, gold, and rose gold colors.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro

The Redmi Note 5 Pro has same display size but many other upgrades on Redmi Note 5. It is the world’s first device with Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor. The device has internal storage of 64GB with two RAM options. There are 4GB as well as 6GB RAM variants. The device has a dual camera setup at the back with 12MP+5MP sensors. The 12MP camera has f/2.2 aperture while the 5MP camera has f/2.0 aperture. There is also a 20MP front camera for perfect selfies. Both these variants of Note 5 Pro also have different price tags. The 4GB variant will sell at Rs 13,999 and the 6GB RAM variant will sell at Rs 16,999. The color options are also same as Redmi Note 5.

Xiaomi Mi TV 4

Xiaomi has also launched 4.9mm thin 55-inch LED TV with AI features in the Indian market. It has a frameless design with 4K resolution. It will offer 80% free content from Hotstar, Voot, Zee5, Alt Balaji and much more to the users. The company also claims that 3500 DTH operators will support Mi LED TV 4. The TV has AI features called PatchWall. It will sell at Rs 39,999.

All these products are exclusive to Flipkart and and will start selling from 22nd February. It will also sell at Mi Home offline stores.
