In order to spread awareness about the Startup Policies and promote the rising entrepreneurs in Madhya Pradesh, the commerce and industry ministry has taken a step ahead with ‘Startup India Yatra’ vehicle which will not only spread awareness about the initiatives taken by the government regarding the Startup Policies but will also showcase the steps that have been taken by the government in order to promote upcoming entrepreneurs in Madhya Pradesh.

Our recent resources say that with an aim to raise awareness about Startup Policies and rising Startups in India, the Startup India Yatra van beginning from the capital Bhopal will visit around 10 cities of Madhya Pradesh.

On this, the commerce and industry ministry  Suresh Prabhu shared his views and said that  ‘Startup India Yatra’ vehicle will highlight some of the major initiatives that have been taken by the government in order to promote budding entrepreneurs in Madhya Pradesh. To accomplish the same ‘The Startup India Yatra van’ will initiate the journey from the capital of MP and will travel to 10 other cities in the state. Besides this, to spread the awareness about the same there will be some experts on board which will provide opportunities for entrepreneurial talents, our news sources said.

“The van is expected to travel to nearly 25 colleges, and one-day boot camps will be conducted in all the destinations. The Yatra will begin on July 16th, 2018, covering 10 districts and 15 institutions over a span of 30 days. Startup India Yatra aims to scout grass root level entrepreneurs in the smaller towns of India, providing a platform for budding entrepreneurs to realize their Startup dream,” Commerce Ministry said in a release.

There is a news which says that five major cities namely Anand, Vasad, Mehsana, Jetalpur, and Ahmedabad have been covered by the government under the initiatives that were taken in the months of July and August 2017. During this period 22 incubation offers were made from IIM Ahmedabad and Mudra Institute of Communications when around 300 startups pitched their ideas in front of them, said Commerce Ministry.

Our recent resources further added that Startup India is working with several  Ministries of the Government of India and corporates as well which will not only promote incubation and accelerator programs but will also help in bringing up some more startups in our country.
