Recently, several PDP leaders along with others joined Bhartiya Janta Party in Jammu. The leaders joined the party in the state in a function held at the party headquarter in the presence of party state president Ravinder Raina.
Our news sources have reported that Swarnkaar Sangh district president Ashutosh Kapoor, Senior PDP leader Vikas Bhatti and Purani Mandi Shopkeepers’ Association president Rakesh Jandial joined the BJP on Sunday.
Besides the PDP leaders, their supporters also joined the party in the state in the presence of party state president in Jammu.
Apart from the presence of party state president, several other known faces present at the function were, state secretary Ajay Pargal, BJP state general secretary Yudhvir Sethi and state BJP All Morcha in-charge Munish Sharma.
During the function, Raina congratulated the PDP leaders and their supporters for joining the party and wished them best of luck for future. The party state president also said that the newcomers will work hard and will try their best to provide their services to the party and the society.
On the other hand, Raina also praised the youth leaders and said that the youth will act as assets for the party in upcoming days. Raina also stated that the entry of such youth leaders would enable the BJP scale victory in every election to follow.
BJP state general secretary Yudhvir Sethi said that the party’s bold and tough decisions regarding the welfare of the public made youth brigade join the BJP. He also congratulated the new members for joining the party and wished them luck for the future.
On the occasion, state BJP All Morcha in-charge Munish Sharma also showed his gratitude and expressed his happiness following youngsters joining the BJP. Talking about the party he said that the party has no consideration for a single family or selfish goals and BJP is governed by strong organisational principles, he added.
After receiving a warm welcome from the senior leaders of the party, Ashutosh Kapoor, Vikas Bhatti and Rakesh Jandial thanked the leaders and assured them that they will for sure work with full dedication to extend the ideology of the party across the region.
