The South Korean company, Samsung will soon launch its most modern visual display epic. This is the world’s first High Dynamic Range LED cinema display. Samsung is a big brand and a famous electronics goods maker. It seems theater screen might have some rivalry from big names in display business soon.

It is a 34-feet long screen which is capable of delivering HDR content. Reportedly, it can display cinema at a 10 time greater brightness level. As per the company officials, this display will fulfill all changing demands of the modern cinema theater. It is not just build to watch movies but also cover better sporting, concerts and big corporate event.

Really, this big size screen is making us ask everything we know about movie theaters. In fact, we have never believed about why we have projectors over LED screens. Now, it’s a fact, and we have to accept it.

We have spotted some interesting features of this new display. It is much smaller than most cinema screens. Hopefully, we all are aware that most typical display used is between 45 to 65 feet wide. However, IMAX theater screens are bigger. They are 72- feet wide screen. We have not any exact idea, how will they compare price wise. Still, Samsung has not revealed anything about pricing.

This is basically a 4K (4096×2160) resolution screen. The company has designed it explicitly for cinema hall.

Before this, we have not had thin and high-resolution screens available in the market. This is really a grand step taken by the company. It will bring revolution, and many other players might jump into this business. But we can imagine now that our projector can be replaced using these big screens. Four years ago this great digital projector change occurred, and now we have 4K projectors in front of us. Who knows the future of these movie hall techs, maybe we’ll just end up wearing VR headsets.
