Due to increasing competition in the Indian market, Samsung has decreased the prices of Galaxy J2 Pro and Galaxy J2 (2017). Galaxy J2 Pro is now available at Rs 7690 and J2 (2017) has a price tag of Rs 6590. The new prices will take effect on both the online and offline stores across the country from today. Online stores like Amazon and Flipkart has listed the new prices of Galaxy J2 Pro and Galaxy J2 (2017). Mumbai based Mahesh Telecom has first disclosed the prices through a tweet.
Here, it is pertinent to mention that Galaxy J2 Pro features 5-inch Super AMOLED display with 720X1280 pixels resolution. There is 1.5GHz processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The onboard storage of the device is 16GB. It has an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. Both the camera sensors feature f/2.2 aperture. The device has a lot of connectivity features including 4G LTE, GPS with A-GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, and Micro USB port. On the back, there is 2600mAh battery to power up the device. The company had launched Galaxy J2 Pro back in 2016 with a price tag of Rs 9890.
Galaxy J2 (2017) is the latest device but comes with low-end specs. It features a 4.7-inch qHD display with 540X960 pixels resolution. It has 1.3GHz processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The device features 5MP back camera along with an LED flash. There is also 2MP selfie snapper. The company has equipped it with 8GB onboard storage that is extendable via a Micro USB card. It also has a lot of connectivity features like 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS with A-GPS. It packs 2000mAh battery that can last for one day. The company had launched Galaxy J2 (2017) in October 2017 with a price tag of Rs 7390.
