BHOPAL: From Friday onwards, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address rallies in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh. On the other hand, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) functionary has revealed that PM Modi besides addressing rallies in the state will also attend a public meeting in Shahdol district. Two other public meetings will also be addressed by PM Modi on alternate days from coming Friday, said state BJP chief Rakesh Singh.

Our news sources have reported that PM Modi will first address rallies in the poll-bound Madhya Pradesh after which he will reach Gwalior in order to attend another similar rally. After participating in the rallies that will be organized in the state, PM Modi will fly back to Delhi, Mr Singh informed.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi will return and address public meetings in Chhindwara and Indore on Sunday before returning to Delhi,” he added.

Besides this, PM Modi is scheduled to reach Madhya Pradesh again on Tuesday where he will address public meetings in Jhabua and Rewa districts. And three days after then which is on Saturday, he will address public meetings in Mandsaur and Chhattarpur districts. On November 25, which is just 3days before the Assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, PM Modi will deliver speeches in Vidisha and Jabalpur districts.

BJP spokesperson of the state, Anil Soumitra said that frequent visit of PM Modi in the state will benefit the party at the time of the election. Mr Soumitra also affirmed that BJP will win more than 200 assembly seats out of 230 in the upcoming elections.

On the other hand, Congress spokesperson Pankaj Chaturvedi made his view on the frequent visits of PM Modi in the state and said that PM Modi’s visit will not have any impact. He also added that the state government is facing a strong anti-incumbency wave.

Assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh will take place on 28th of November and the results for the same will be declared on December 11.
