An Indian medical student Manushi Chhillar brings back the Miss World 2017 award to the country after a long gap of 17 years. Earlier, Priyanka Chopra was the winner of the Miss World contest in 2000. A great event took place in Sanya City China yesterday to select the Miss World. Manushi Chillar bragged the top position with Andrea Meza as the first runner-up and Stephanie Hill as the second runner-up. Here, it is quite interesting to mention that Manushi Chillar has already won the title of Miss India back in June 2017.

The detailed profile of Miss World shows that she belongs to Haryana. She has got an education from St. Thomas School New Delhi. Manushi is now a student of medical in Bhagat Phool Singh Government Medical College for Women in Sonipat. She wants to be a cardiac surgeon and open charity hospitals in rural areas of the country to serve the suffering people. Manushi is also a trained classical dancer. She likes to take part in certain outdoor activities like Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, and Bungee Jumping.

The twenty years old Manushi Chhillar won many applauds at answering a question. The question was about who deserves the highest salary and why. She said that a mother deserved the highest salary because she sacrifices all her luxuries to bring up her children. She also clarified that the salary does not only mean the cash. It is the respect that the mothers all across the world deserve. She also told the crowd that she has succeeded in her life because she always got inspiration from her mother.

The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also tweeted congratulations message. The 2000 Miss World Priyanka Chopra has also tweeted and wished her. She has won the Miss World title out of 108 contestants from all over the world.
