Finally, LG has announced the release of its Q6 in the Indian market. The company has announced through twitter that it will launch Q6 in Indian market on August 10. The company had already launched the device in Poland last month. Q6 is one of the three Q-series devices that LG announced back this year. These are LG Q6, Q6+, and Q6a. Out of these, the Q6+ is the high-end device with 4GB RAM. But the Indian market will witness the launch of LG Q6 with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. LG Q6 is the first device after LG G6 with FullVision display. Tech experts are also calling it a mini G6.
LG Q6 will sell through Amazon and the company has not disclosed the price yet. It may cost under Rs. 20, 000 as a mid range device. The detailed specs of the device show that it has a 5.5-inch FullVision display with 2160X1080 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratios. Its edge to edge display seems astounding. Under the hood, there is Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz. There is a 3GB of RAM to boost the processing powers of the device. The internal storage of the device is 32GB and there is also a slot for Micro SD Card to extend it further.
LG Q6 is also a medium range device in terms of camera. There is a 13MP camera at the back and a wide angle 5MP selfie snapper. On the back, there is a 3000mAh battery that will last for a full day on a single charge. The connectivity includes the support for 4G LTE, VoLTE, WIFI, Bluetooth 4.2, MicroUSB port and much more. The device will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box with LG UX 6.0 on the front.
