French brand Thomson launches three smart TV’s in India. The company is launching these TV’s in partnership with SPPL. These are 32-inch, 40-inch, and 43-inch 4K UHD. The sale will start from today exclusively through Flipkart. All the three TV’s are quite affordable and will increase the competition among budget TV’s from different companies. The most interesting features of these TV’s include a lot of connectivity options and support for WiFi. The detailed specifications show that 43-inch 4K UHD TV features LG’s IPS display with 3840X2160 pixels resolution. It bears model 43TM4377 and comes with HDR support. It runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat. There is 1.4GHz Cortex-A53 processor paired with 1GB of RAM. For better graphics, it has Mali-T720 GPU. The company claims that the TV has 178-degree viewing angle. The built-in storage of the TV is 8GB and it costs Rs. 27,999.
The 40-inch and 32-inch TV’s have same Cortex-A53 processor paired with 1GB RAM. Both TV’s have Mali-T720 GPU for graphics control. These have Samsung LED backlit panels with different resolutions. The 40-inch TV has HD+ display with 1920X1080 pixels resolution. The 32-inch TV has HD display with 1366X768 pixels resolution. Both run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and have 178-degree viewing angle. The 40-inch TV bears model no. 40TM4099 and have a price tag of Rs. 19,990. The 32-inch TV has a 32M3277 model number and price tag of Rs. 13,490. Both these TV’s have 8 GB internal memories and 20W audio output.
All the three models have 450 nits of brightness and support WiFi 802.11 b/g/n. There are also a lot of connectivity options available in all the three models.
