Targeting the success in coming assembly polls, BJP Charioteer, Amit Shah requested the party cadres to work harder and set the target of over 200 seats to ensure grand victory in the coming elections.

The Saffron party chief was in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday where he was addressing a BJP workers’ convention in Hoshangabad.

He said “The party can form the government with less than 200 seats, but we need to cross the 200-mark because our workers in West Bengal, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are looking towards Madhya Pradesh,”

Currently, BJP has 166 MLAs in the 230-member assembly of Madhya Pradesh.

The BJP Chief asked the party workers to guarantee massive victory in the upcoming Assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh. He said that the huge victory in the states should give birth to a storm which would transmute into a tsunami in the next years General Assembly elections and bring back the saffron party in the power.

He continued, “This tsunami would cover the entire country, including West Bengal, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.”

Amit Shah credited the party worker as a reason behind the success of the saffron party. He said that it was the hard work and sacrifices of several workers and leaders in the last 50 years which had granted success to the party.

He added that the party had been lucky enough to have such dedicated workers.

Mr Shah said that once the party wins the upcoming 22018 Assembly elections and the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, they have a responsibility to ensure the victory of the Saffron from panchayat to Parliament for the next 50 years.
