The benchmarking giant GeekBench has listed another device from an Indian manufacturer. This new device is manufactured by Noida-based company Xolo. Earlier in October 2016, the company had released the Xolo Era 2. This newly listed device is Xolo Era 3. The GeekBench listing has shown some of the specifications of the device which the company has still not announced.
According to GeekBench, the new device will have a MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor with 1GB RAM. The processor will clock at 1.40 GHz. It will run Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box. The core testing points are 565 for single core and 1536 for multi-cores. We can hope that more specs are going to be leaked with the passage of time. We can also guess the specifications of Xolo Era 3 by keeping in view the specs of Xolo Era 2.
The Xolo Era 2 was launched with a 5.0 inch HD display with 1280X720 pixels resolution. The device comes with 1.3 GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of LPDDR3 RAM. There is 8GB of internal storage in the Era 2 which can be expanded to 32GB via Micro SDcard.
The device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. On the back, there is a 2350mAh battery backup. The optics side is also good with 5MP cameras both on the back and on the front. The back camera has f/2.0 aperture and 4P Largan lens for better photography in the dim lights. Both the cameras are supported with LED flashlights. The back camera also has a big pixel technology that can take vivid and sharp photos.
The connectivity options in Era 2 smartphone include a dual SIM with 4G VoLTE support. There is also WIFI 802.11, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack and an FM radio. The color options include Black, Nile Blue and Pyramid Gold.
