There are a lot of rumors revolving about Sony Xperia XZ1. We saw its listings on Geekbench a few days ago. Now, the device has come up on another benchmarking website. GFXBench has now released the detailed listings of this rumored device. Earlier, we had no details about the specs of the device. But now, we can see the detailed specifications of the device as listed on this site. GFXBench has listed the two models of the device G8341 and G8342. The listings show that G8341 is a single SIM variant while G8342 is a dual SIM variant. We can hope that the company will unveil Sony Xperia XZ1 at its pre-IFA event on August 31.
The GFX listings show that Sony Xperia XZ1 will support a 5.1-inch display with Full HD Resolution of 1080X1920 pixels. The gesture support is also embedded in the display and it supports 5 fingers gestures. There is a 2.4GHz octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM. For better graphics, there is an Adreno 540 GPU. The listings also show that Sony Xperia XZ1 has 64GB built-in storage capacity out of which 50GB would remain free for users. Still, we do not know about the battery capacity of this device as GFX listings tell nothing about the battery and expandable memory option.
GFX listings show ample details on photography feature of the device. There is a 19MP back camera with LED flash, autofocus, face detection, and touch focus features. Moreover, it will also support 4K video recording. The front camera of the device is 13MP. There are also a lot of connectivity features in the device also. It has Bluetooth, WIFI, GPS, and NFC. The sensors include an accelerometer, proximity, light sensor, and gyroscope. The listings show the device running Android 8.0 out of the box.
These specs are a lot different than earlier specs released on Geekbench. Geekbench listings show that the device has Snapdragon 835 SoC clocked at 1.90GHz. These listings show the device running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. Geekbench has also given the benchmarking score of the device. The single core result scores 1909 points while the multi-core result scores 6459 points. The company is also going to unveil two other devices along with Xperia XZ1. The other two variants are Xperia XZ compact and Xperia X1. The other two are the medium range devices. The company has said nothing about the specs and release date of the devices.
