OnePlus has finally launched the most anticipated device OnePlus 5T in an event at New York. The company has launched second flagship device after five months of the launch of OnePlus 5. But, one thing joyful for the customers is that the company has priced this latest smartphone same as OnePlus 5. Most of the specifications of the device are also the same with little upgrades. The main touted feature of this flagship device is its 6.01-inch bezel-less display. OnePlus has also joined the fleet of manufacturers that have launched bezel-less display devices in 2017.

The detailed specifications of the device show that it measures 156.1X75X7.3mm and weighs 162 grams. This is where the upgrade starts because OnePlus 5 measures 154.2X74.1X7.25mm and weigh 153 grams. This difference in measurement is due to wide display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The device features Full Optic Amoled Display with 2160X2160 resolution and 401ppi pixel density. There is 2.5D corning gorilla glass 5 protection to protect the display. The display also characterizes sRGB and DCI-P3 color gamuts for better results.

Inside the anodized metal aluminum unibody, there is Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC clocked at 2.45GHz. There are two variants of this device in terms of RAM. One variant supports 6GB while the other supports 8GB LPDDR4 RAM. Both these variants also have different onboard storages. There are 64GB and 128GB internal memory options. The price tag of these variants is also different because of different RAM and memory options. The 6GB/64GB variant has a price tag of Rs 32,999, and the 8GB/128GB variant has a price tag of Rs 37,999.

Both these sensors have dual LED support for better photography in the dark. The front camera of this flagship device has the same configuration as OnePlus 5.

The connectivity options on this device include 4G VoLTE, dual-band WIFI 802.1, Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX and aptX HD, NFC, GPS with A-GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB port 2.0.
