Chinese smartphone manufacturer Huawei has announced a mid-ranger with 18:9 display. This is the first mid-range device with a full-screen display. The device has debuted in Thailand market. The company has not disclosed the price yet. But, we can hope that it will have Rs 16000 price tag. The main touted feature of the device is the dual camera setup both at the back and the front. This dual camera setup in the device has made it one of the most desirable devices across the globe. The device is available in three color options, the black, the blue, and the gold.
The detailed specifications of the device show that it features 5.93-inch IPS LCD Display with Full HD+ 2160X1080 pixel resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. There is an octa-core Cortex A53 HiSilicon Kirin 659 processor clocked at 2.36GHz. The 3GB RAM in the device boosts its processing powers. The onboard storage of the device is 32GB that the users can extend via Micro SD Card.
For optics, there are 13MP+2MP sensors at the back along with dual LED flash. On the front, there is the 16MP+2MP sensor for DSLR like selfies. On the back, there is 4000mAh battery that also supports fast charging. The device runs Android 8.0 Oreo with Huawei’s custom skin EMUI 8 at the top. Dual SIM support and fingerprint sensor are among some other features of the device.
The device is also loaded with a lot of connectivity features. These are 4G LTE with VoLTE, WiFi 802.11, WiFi Direct, Hotspot 4.1, Micro USB 2.0, GPS with A-GPS, and Glonass. There are also reports that Huawei is planning to launch its most anticipated P series. The company plans to launch P20, P20 Lite, and P20 Pro. All these devices have iPhone X like shape with dual cameras. The company will launch these flagship devices at an event on 27th March.
