Mensa-IQ-test

Arnav Sharma, an 11-year-old India-origin boy in the UK, has topped in Mensa IQ Test. With the top possible score of 162, he left behind the geniuses like Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking. He is 2 points higher from these two geniuses and become the brainiest child in the country.

Arnav lives in Reading town in southern England. He has taken this most difficult test a few weeks back without any preparation. Before taking this test, he had never seen how the paper looks like.

He said that the Mensa Test is quite difficult and most people leave it as they do not expect to pass the exam.

He further added that he took this test at the Salvation Center which lasted two and half hours. There were around 8 people who appeared for this exam and most of them were adults.

As per the report from independent, this test basically measures the verbal reasoning ability. In terms of IQ level, he is in the top 1 percent of the nation.

Arnav said that he was not very anxious about this test as he had not prepared for this test. Before taking this exam, he was not nervous at all. “My relatives were surprised when they saw the result. They were very happy with my result.”

His mother, Meesha Dhamija Sharma told that she kept her finger crossed for the test. She also added that when she visited India to see Arnav’s grandparents, he was just one and a half year old.  They told that Arnav would do very well in his studies. She could recall one name when she was asked about any other member of his family with such unusual IQ test. She said that her dad was very intelligent.

The boy has also been selected for Eton College and Westminster at the Crossfield School on the outskirt of Reading. Both of these were highly competitive exams but he passed them without any preparation.
