After ‘Piku’, Shoojit Sircar has teamed up with Amitabh Bachchan, in his next courtroom drama ‘Pink’, starring Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari and Andrea Tariang in a thriller which holds you till the end with their convincing act and strong execution.

The plot revolves around three girls, Minal (Taapsee), Falak(Kirti) and Andrea (Andrea) who resides in New Delhi’s posh area South Delhi as tenants and works in their respective fields. One day after returning from

One day after returning from a concert they got the invitation from Rajveer (Angad Bedi) and his friends where three of them molested by these guys and somehow managed to escape the scenario. Rajveer through his big connections, accuse Minal and other girls as prostitutes and lodged a wrong FIR against them, in which she could have been in prison for 10 years if found guilty.

Their lawyer Deepak Sehgal (Amitabh Bachchan), is suffering from a bipolar disorder which causes mood swings. He is representing these girls in the court and fights for them.

The plot of the movie is gripping and will take you to the journey of these girls and their lawyer and how they deal with these big brats.

Taapsee Pannu is equally excited to work with Mr. Bachchan. Being a Delhi girl, it was easy for Taapsee to connect with the character and to work with conviction on this subject.

Being an outsider with no godfather, Taapsee believes in working hard and the kind of work she is getting. She is glad she hasn’t chosen the commercial path and loving the process.
