The latest blockbuster film ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ broke the box office record already in terms of the collection. After the massive collection of 12.08 crore on last Monday, this film becomes the highest first-Monday grossing film in 2017.
It has already crossed the mark of 50 crores in the first four days of its release. After making 7.15 cr on Tuesday, this Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt star casted film has already crossed a gross 5.75 cr collection on the day 6 (Wednesday). Badrinath Ki Dulhania is a romantic comedy movie directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by “Dharma Production”. The chemistry between the leads, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan is accepted and well praised by the audiences.
Badrinath Ki Dulhania is the story about growing up of barely-educated Badrinath Bansal (Varun) who trusts that being a male in a wealthy family is reason enough for any young lady to wed him. But, Vaidehi Trivedi (Alia) is not a standard small-town girl; she has her very own psyche. How Badri makes Vaidehi his dulhania, and all the while gets over his natural patriarchy shapes the story.
Till date, Badrinath Ki Dulhania has been off to a great start. Now we only hope if it can cross the 100 cr magic income and becomes the Varun’s 3rd film of 100 crore club after ABCD and Dilwale and Alia’s 2nd after Two States.
